Payment options

F1Store USA accepts Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

Please make sure you list your billing address exactly how it appears on your statement to avoid any delays. For credit cards that have a billing address outside of the United States, we recommend paying by PayPal.

Shipping

We will try to have your order processed and shipped within 2 business days. Our standard shipping cost is $7.95 no matter how many items you buy. We ship from either Florida or from our international warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden. Orders shipped from our Swedish warehouse is sent via Sweden Post and is normally delivered to the US within 3-7 business days, in most cases quicker. All items from our Swedish warehouse will be sent with a low value on the package.

International orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days and usually arrive 5-10 business days, all depending on the country and customs clearance.

Please note that we will make every effort to deliver your entire order in one shipment. For orders taking more than 3 weeks, we will notify you by e-mail and give you the option to cancel. We ship with the US Post Office to the lower 48 States. There is a surcharge for deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, please contact us at sales@f1storeusa.com before you place your order.

We do not accept C.O.D.s.

International Customers

International orders are sent via the US Post Office (USPS) or the Swedish Post Office depending on where the stock is located and are subject to applicable customs clearance fees and duty.

Shipping costs are the actual shipping cost plus $7.99 for handling and insurance.  Once your order is processed and ready to ship, we will email you the shipping charges for your approval before releasing the order if the original charge does not cover the actual shipping cost.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we do not have any control over these. Your order may be opened up for customs inspection in your country.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Out-of-stock items

We make every effort to maintain ample supply of our stock, occasionally we are out of certain items or sizes. If you order something that is out of stock, you will be advised of the expected delivery date or if the product has been discontinued. If we do not hear from you, your order will cancelled

All prices are in US dollars. Many items are of limited availability and may be sold out. Items may increase in price due to availability without notice, especially on pre-order items and backorders.

We will make our best effort to deliver absolute, accurate information on our products. However we are not responsible for printing errors or omissions. The images supplied to us by our supplier’s may differ from the actual product.

Return Policy

Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. You can return your non-clearance merchandise to us up to 30 days from the purchase date. We will credit your account, less any shipping charges.

Returns must be in “resaleable condition” which means original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels attached to the product. We cannot accept return of a product for a refund if an item has been worn or washed or if the tags or labels have been removed.

Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 30 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once this is completed. Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. Based on your financial institution, it can take up to 2 to 10 business days to reflect on your account statement once your refund is processed.

Please Note:

Customized items or special order only items are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason except defective or damaged upon your receipt of the product. We must receive your claim of such damage with 2 business days of your receipt of the product.

Final sale or clearance items are final sale only and non-returnable. These items can be returned if they arrive damaged only.

For orders with "Free Shipping Promotions", the original shipping will also now apply.

All packages must be returned pre-paid. We do not accept C.O.D. returns. We only accept returns that have all the original tags in place and are returned in their original packaging.

You can order from our online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Our Mail-order & Customer Service Department is reachable by sending an e-mail to sales@f1storeusa.com. We will try to answer all e-mails within 24 hours.

We are able to accept orders worldwide, however some items may not be able to be fulfilled to some countries. This is due to licensing restrictions imposed upon us.

Sales Tax

F1Store USA is required to collect applicable Florida State Sales Taxes on all shipments within the State of Florida. No sales tax applies to orders shipped to an address in any other state or to international customers.
